Interested in hosting a private event with us?

A few things to keep in mind. Birds Fly South is a working brewery and production facility, which means the aesthetics of our building are pretty darn set. While we love the industrial-meets-urban-farmhouse vibe, some folks prefer a dedicated event venue with more room to transform the space.

As an ale project, we take a lot of pride in making delicious and unique handcrafted beers. Because of this, and all the legal rules and regs around brewing, we are not allowed to carry or serve any outside alcohol.

Looking to organize a small gathering?

Looking to have a group meetup, some friends gather for a birthday, or another small get-together? We’ve got 15k square feet of indoor space, an outdoor biergarten and lawn, and two patios for you to enjoy your beers and celebrate. No need to book a private event.

Some guidelines in place to help you and the public best enjoy our tasting rooms:

  • We are a brewery tasting room first and foremost, with the goal to share our craft beer creations with new and returning visitors alike.
  • All tables are available on a first-come first-serve basis, when your whole group is here and ready to enjoy some beer. Please do not “reserve” spaces ahead of your group’s arrival. Please be thoughtful about the use of tables to hold gifts, cakes, and other items not actively being used by your group members.
  • Do not bring or use outside decorations (table cloth, balloons, streamers, etc.) or furniture (pop-up tables, additional chairs) into the brewery or on our covered patios.
