About the February class: Gourmet Camp Cooking

Camp cooking just got a whole lot easier with this hands-on workshop focused on satisfying your hunger! In this workshop we’ll learn how to prepare food for your next outdoor meal, how to maximize the power of a two-burner camp stove, and how to put together a gourmet meal without the amenities of a refrigerator and kitchen sink.

We’ll provide all the equipment and ingredients. No experience necessary. Just come hungry!
