Common Feathers: Food & Fermentation Spring Dinner.

Our partners at Eat Golden Brown & Delicious create tasty plates with locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to innovation. And this spring they’ve added Greenville’s beloved Resident Dogs to their Hampton Station Food Truck for the ultimate in classic-meets-inspired eats.

We’re bringing these crowd favorites to the Aviary on Wednesday, May 1st for our first Common Feathers: Food & Fermentation dinner. Enjoy an evening in our unique back bar, where open porches and wooden barrels mingle with the shiny steel of our 40bbl brew house and original metalwork from the historic warehouse space.

We are limiting this spring dinner to just 40 seats. We’ll serve up four rounds of unique plates, including dessert, with a heavy focus on sausages, hot dogs, and other fermented and beer-infused offerings.
Each course will be served with a carefully paired Birds brew.
