Join us on February 9, 2020 in The Aviary at Birds Fly South Ale Project.  It is limited to just 20 guests. Each ticket includes a two hour private session with Founder, Owner, and Head Brewer Shawn Johnson, exclusive selections from our cellar, a guided tour of the brewery, straight-from-the-barrel samples, and plenty of time for Q&A and discussion on all things brewing, aging, and tasting.
