The Saturday, May 5th class will take place outdoors.
Please check-in at the front bar before meeting under the Water Tower lawn for our 12pm class. We’ll post updates about weather-related changes by 9am on Saturday.
- $10 covers class and a pint of beer.
- Please bring your own mat and towel.
- Arrive by 11:50 am to register and set up.
This one-hour mindful class will challenge and restore the body while flowing through gentle to moderate poses that will be accessible for students of all levels. Come discover the healing power of breath and build a healthy alignment of body, core strength, flexibility, and balance!
