This 2019 seasonal IPA hits with floral aromatics and hop and fruit notes up front before mellowing into a slight banana flavor on the back end. We used over 200 pounds of local strawberries from Sandy Flat Berry Patch in the steep and in the secondary and double dry hopped this brew with Barbe Rouge for a slightly hazy, spring inspired pint.
