House Saison

A single-hop Farmhouse ale using all Mosaic. Open fermented with our 3+ year old proprietary house blend of yeast and Brettanomyces. Incorporates naturally present microbial terroir. Conditioned an additional 4+ months in green bottles. Leads with tropical funk on the nose that develops into pineapple and lemon tasting notes. Effervescent conditioning and a crisp, dry mouthfeel thanks to classic Mosaic hop characteristics.
