A twist on the classic Braggot, our brew is made with the raspberry honey and barley malt as well as our Birds house yeast before the open fermentation process. We then aged it in Foeders for those earthy wood characteristics. Wine and honey are at the forefront with a pleasant cracker finish. Crisp and easy to drink at 10%.
