Sea Salt Gose with Peaches

A tart and fruity beer made with Atlantic sea water and Pacific sea salt as part of our Friendship Brew session with Dry River Brewing Co out of Los Angeles. This layered, full, and golden Gose rested on local peaches in white wine barrels for more than 7 months. An adventurous and bold beer that balances sour and salty from start to finish.
