Our anniversary beer, a complex all-wood sour. An annual blend of our 3+ year Solera program, mixing our oldest with our youngest.  We carefully incorporate something from every sour we have brewed.  5 different wine barrels, blended.  This series will evolve over time, and the finished beer will forever be unique.
