Initially fermented as a lager, it was next moved over to our Italian red wine Foedres and allowed to referment on a Brett blend and Oregon Pinot Noir must.  The result is an easy to drink, crisp lager with sour grapes, wine, and mild Brett notes on the nose and a funk on the palate.
