All of the ales in our ism- series focus on a single hop. This version is brewed with a variety of hop from Slovenia called Styrian Wolf.  The high oil content of Wolf produces notes of berry and fresh cut grass. This batch was fermented in the cooler temps of fall, which means you get a bigger floral bouquet of Brett flavors.
