All of the ales in our ism- series focus on a single hop. The current version features Grungeist, a new German hop cultivar that produces a blend of lemon, peach, and peppery floral essence in the finished brew. This golden Saison is layered and zesty with honey notes from the fermentation. Crisp and smooth, it’s a beautiful example of the single-hop Farmhouse style.
