Flemish Style Red Ale
Traditional Flemish style red ales are known for their distinct sharp, fruity, sour, and tart flavors which are created by special yeast strains. We used our house Brett strain and aged it for 4 months in our James, one of our oak foedres. Earthy and sour with a complex sweetness that comes through mid pallate. Mild tannin notes create another layer to this well balanced beer.
