A dry, wine-like IPA with an effervescent body from the enzymes used in fermentation. Hazy and deep hay color with tropical fruit and grass on the nose. Tasting notes of further tropical fruit with some citrus and lemon peel. Champagne-like with a more substantial mouth feel.
