This unique dark gose has a bright citrus nose and a classic salty finish. More than 5 pounds of orange zest were used to create this refreshing pint with slightly roasty malt notes and a gentle, deep body. We brewed this gose with Hawaiian black lava salt, a blend of sea salt and purified volcanic charcoal that is evaporated above ground in natural, lava-formed pools.
