This T.A.F. beer hits taps with a tart, juicy profile and a big fruit bite. Our house golden sour, Biggie, is loaded with a rotating lineup of seasonal and local fruit and a healthy dose of lactose. Bird Brains is a bold, colorful beer with a thick mouthfeel and plenty of bubbles. Lives up to the name: smooth and sour.
The current variant includes more than 160lbs of plum + 160lbs of passionfruit puree.
