This rich Imperial Porter starts with a classic coffee roast nose that opens into pastry and toffee-like notes. A clean, balanced pour with intentionally low carbonation for a creamy, soft mouthfeel. This beer was created in partnership with Due South Coffee Roasters using a Cerrado Mineiro Brazil cold brew they roasted specifically for use in this porter. The result is a syrupy, chocolate and mild cherry coffee with low acidity and subtle sweetness. From the deep, dark color to the bold, full-bodied flavor this smooth pint is deserving of the name Big & Yummy.
